The demo form
The form asks for your name, work email, agency, a rough number of homes, the system you already use if you want to add it, what you’d like, and a budget file if you choose to attach one. Pressing Send does not pass those details on until the form is connected to an address that can receive them. Until then, what you typed stays on the page.
Once the form can send, we use what you send to reply and, if you ask, to arrange a demo. A budget file is used to prepare that demo. We do not publish it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. We keep an enquiry only for as long as we need it for that reply, and you can ask us to delete it.
If you email hello@vemtri.com, we use the message to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list.
What stays on your device
The site remembers your light or dark choice, and whether you have already seen the page helper, in your browser. That stays on your device. The site does not set tracking cookies, and it does not use an analytics service. The type is loaded from this site. The pages are hosted by Vercel.
Money
This website does not take payments. Vemtri never holds client money. When monthly payments arrive in Vemtri Resident, they will go through the agent’s own payment provider. Leaseholders do not sign up on this website.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@vemtri.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
