£49 a month, plus 30p per home per month.
That includes the management view, the leaseholder view, your name, logo and colours, budget import from CSV or PDF, and unlimited team users.
No set-up fee. Monthly. Cancel any time. Two months free on an annual plan. Over 1,000 homes, the rate is 20p per home after the first 1,000. Over 2,000 homes, talk to us.

Monthly payments are 50p per payment, billed to your agency. If 75 homes pay monthly, that is £37.50. Leaseholders pay no fee on top. Vemtri never holds client money.

Managing more than 500 homes? We’ll import your buildings, leaseholders and budgets for you. Onboarding for larger agencies is quoted up front.

How much does it cost?
£49 a month plus 30p per home per month, with full branding and unlimited team users included. Automate is 50p per home per month, and monthly payments are 50p per payment. Both are coming next.
Who pays for Vemtri?
Your agency. Leaseholders never pay to use Vemtri, or to pay their service charge through it.
Do you charge per user?
No. Your whole team can use Vemtri at no extra cost.
Is there a contract?
No. Pay monthly and cancel any time, or pay annually and get two months free.
Can we pass the cost on to leaseholders?
That depends on your management agreement and the leases. Many agents treat portals as part of the management fee. We don’t advise on recoverability.
What counts as a home?
Each flat or unit with a leaseholder account in Vemtri.
What does a pilot involve?
