These terms apply when you use www.vemtri.com, including the demo request form. Vemtri is run by Rohit Sehmi, trading as Vemtri. Data contact: hello@vemtri.com.

This website describes Vemtri for block managing agents. The sales demo at /demo is a made-up Example Court estate. It is not a live building, and it is not an offer to manage blocks. Vemtri never manages blocks and never holds client money.
Sending the form asks us to reply. It is not a contract. Prices on the site exclude VAT. A pilot on the first building is free for 3 months when we agree one in writing.
If you send a budget file, you confirm you are allowed to share it with us for a demo. We use it only to prepare that demo and delete it after 30 days, unless you ask otherwise. See Privacy.
We take care with the facts on this site. Product features marked Coming next, Coming in the pilot or Planned are not live yet. Survey figures are an early sample. Example Court figures are made up.
