The new forms will tell leaseholders what they owe. Your software can still issue the demand. Vemtri is built to explain why, in plain English, alongside the software you already use.
We’ll follow the final rules once they’re confirmed. We won’t claim to meet them before then.
What’s coming in England
A clearer demand, a yearly report, and papers they can see.
The government response (updated 15 July 2026) says leaseholders will start to see changes during 2027. The detail will come with at least 12 months’ notice. These parts of the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act 2024 aren’t in force yet.
