You trust us with your buildings’ figures. Here’s how we look after them.
Only what’s true today. When product hosting goes live, we’ll say where it is and how it’s protected.
What we hold
Budgets, service charge documents and building details you choose to send us. Leaseholders’ names and contact details if you add them. Demo enquiries through this website are covered in Privacy.
What we never hold
Client money. Bank details for client accounts. Monthly payments go through your own provider into your own client account.
Where it’s stored
This website’s pages are hosted by Vercel. Enquiry emails go through ImprovMX to the inbox used for Vemtri — see Privacy. When Manage and Resident hold building data for a live agency, we’ll say clearly where that is hosted. That product hosting isn’t live yet.
Who can see it
- Your team: everything for your buildings.
- Leaseholders: their own details and building-wide totals only.
- On-site staff: repairs for their building only. Coming soon.
- Vemtri: only when you ask us for help, or to fix a problem.
Nothing goes public without you
Nothing reaches leaseholders until your team publishes it.
How AI is used
AI helps read documents and draft explanations. It always shows its source, and a person checks everything before it’s published. We don’t use your building data to train public AI models.
How long we keep it
Budgets uploaded for a demo are deleted after 30 days. When building data is held in Vemtri, you can ask for a copy or deletion. Export in the pilot is coming.
The legal bits
Rohit Sehmi trading as Vemtri. You’re the data controller for leaseholder details; Vemtri is your processor when the product holds them. We’ll agree processing terms before a pilot starts. Read our Privacy and Terms.
