Where we start
Residential block management, done clearly.
Clearer service charges, better resident communication and less operational friction for managing agents. That is the job we are proving first, alongside the tools agents already use.
Ambition
One platform for people, places and operations.
From residential buildings to commercial spaces, the long-term aim is to simplify ownership, occupation, maintenance and operations through a shared foundation. We expand only after the block-management use case proves its worth.
Proposed product families
Later names under consideration: Living, Own, Operate, Trade and Insights. These are not live products. Today’s public names stay Resident, Manage and Automate until we deliberately rename.
A living property record
Over time, each building can hold a permission-controlled history: charges, repairs, documents and decisions. Access stays least-privilege. Personal and commercial data stay separated.
Reuse, don’t fork
Adjacent markets (rentals, build-to-rent, commercial) only after we prove retention, willingness to pay and repeatable onboarding in block management.
Technology
Powered by NuBlox.
NuBlox is a proposed technology sub-brand: modular automation, integration and intelligence behind Vemtri. One company; two brand layers. Trademark and domain clearance still need confirming before we lean on the name in sales.
Flow
Workflows, approvals, escalations and an audit trail, so sensitive steps stay human-reviewed.
Connect
Adapters and imports that sit alongside existing agent and accounting systems. Not a second product for customers to buy under that name today.
AI assistance
Source-grounded explanations and triage help. Financial arithmetic stays deterministic; models explain verified figures only.
Records & Verify
Structured property history, provenance and obligation reminders, with legal rules validated by people, not model output alone.
Naming guardrail: Vemtri is what customers use. NuBlox is what powers the work behind it. We will not blur Automate (a Vemtri add-on) with NuBlox Flow.
How we build
